Returns Policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS
*If we ship an item other than what you've ordered, we will ship the correct item our cost.
*A 15% Restocking Fee will be charged on all other returns or exchanges.
All other items may be returned within 14 days of the order ship date, but will be subject to a 15% return fee. Both shipping and handling fees will be buyers responsibility. You will be issued an RMA number through our 'Contact Us' page. And, the message should include the following:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Contact name and phone number
- Whether you want refund or exchange.
Your RMA request will be attended to promptly and our staff will contact you by phone or e-mail. If you do not hear from us in 48 hours ( excluding weekends and holidays ), please use our 'Contact Us' page or email us at support@3bfashion.com, 24/7.
Returns Acceptance Policy
· A 15% Restocking Fee will be charged on all returns + shipping costs.
· All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by an RMA
· Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
· Your Refund will be issued in the form of payment received.
· If you choose to Exchange, we will be send out a replacement as soon as we receive the original return, and you will be charged for any remaining price difference. The original return must be received within 7 days from RMA issued date.
· Special order items and discontinued items are not returnable.
Refused Packages
A package which has been refused by the recipient does not excuse our returns policy. If packages are returned to us by carrier as "refused", we will contact the purchaser to arrange reshipment or process a refund subject to our return policy above.
If your situation is not listed in this policy or you feel you have unique circumstances, please contact us to discuss your situation. For products that are damaged in transit please notify the carrier immediately and then submit the RMA request.
SHIPPING
We generally ship within two (2) business days of receipt of cleared payment, unless we otherwise notify you on certain larger and other orders.
At this moment we ship UPS and a tracking number is generally issued to the customers after the shipping.
